Harminder Singh, a 27-year old resident of Brampton, Ontario has been charged with careless driving contrary to s130 of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) and enter false information in daily log contrary to the Ontario regulation 555/06 of section 27(1) HTA.
On Friday, August 24, 2018 at 9:57 pm officers with the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 401 Westbound near Switzerville Rd, Loyalist Township.
A tractor trailer lost control struck the guardrail and went into the ditch. There were no injuries however the highway was closed for a couple of hours.
