PMTC_YLG_RoadTodayThe ‘Driven to Lead’ program is an experiential, practical leadership program that will take participants through hands-on and impactful exercises focusing on topics like culture, teamwork, accountability and strategy. The program will be facilitated by Eagle’s Flight (www.eaglesflight.com) at their facility in Guelph, Ontario. The program consists of four separate full-day modules so participants can elect to complete the entire program or select individual modules.

The ‘Driven to Lead’ program will commence in September of this year. Both PMTC members and non-members are welcome. Kim Richardson, President of KRTS and TransRep, said: “We are proud to support the PMTC’s ‘Driven to Lead’ Program. Investing in our young leaders to assist them with the tools and education to become great leaders is important. This program will have a solid effect on those attending and will impact our industry positively.”
