Lipe Clutch Exhibit At AAPEX Show 2008

The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW) in Las Vegas, Nevada is reserved for automotive industry professionals. No other trade event or trade show offers as many qualifi ed buyers and distributors from all segments of the automotive aftermarket. AAPEX is the annual business-to-business trade show representing the global automotive aftermarket and features more than 2,000+ exhibitors.

The three day exhibition (Nov 4–6) was primarily a marketing and promotion event. Setco Automotive (NA) Inc. encountered many interested potential distributors and partner alliances for LIPE clutch products. The booth generated exceptional and valuable leads for the clutch and pressure converter products.

LIPE made contact with various potential partners and customers from around the world, including Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua, Venezuela and from within the continental United States.

This year LIPE had an exclusive opportunity and premiere product placement at the national distribution group’s booth, AMS Automotive based in Fenton, MO. This alliance was first announced in October. AMS and LIPE share high quality standards, experience and outstanding customer service. Together, LIPE and AMS will gain more ground in the commercial clutch aftermarket and increase the longevity of LIPE Clutch Division for years to come.

Several key partners stopped by to lend support. These included Gerard Zentner, Capital Gear - Western Canada Distributor, Chris Jackson, Vice President - AMS Automotive and current customers of LIPE Clutches.
